Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the Jayco Adelaide & ALLRV family. We cannot wait to get you out on the road chasing your very own adventures!

Please use the information below to help guide how your pickup process works and what is involved.

The Process

If you have purchased a new stock unit or a used RV from please use the following steps as a guide for your path to pick up!

1. Sale paperwork signs off & deposit – Signing your sales contract and placing a deposit gets the process underway.
2. Book your pickup – Once your paperwork is complete you will be contacted by our PD consultant to organise delivery!
3. RV pre-delivery – When you RV has a booking date it will be scheduled into the service department for checks, fittings, and detailing.
4. Vehicle Booking – If you have booked a vehicle fitting this will be done either prior to your delivery or on the day depending on the booking.
5. Handover Day – The exciting day! This will be a 1-2-hour walkthrough of your new RV ensuring you understand all the features of your new RV

Your delivery date and time will depend on our current booking availability, but don’t stress we will get you enjoying Australia as soon as possible!

The Process

If you have purchased a new stock unit or a pre-owned RV from please use the following steps as a guide for your path to pickup!

1. Sale paperwork signs off & deposit – Signing your sales contract and placing a deposit gets the process underway.
2. Place order – Your order will be placed with the Jayco factory, this places your new Jayco into a manufacturing run getting it prepared to be built!
3. Order Confirmation – This step is your final confirmation of your order. Your new Jayco is about to be built and this is the last chance to lock in extras and colours.
4. Van dispatch – Your RV is completed by the factory and shipped to Adelaide.
5. Book your pickup – Once we have notice of your new Jayco leaving the factory you will receive a call booking in your pickup date, vehicle fitting booking and any additional extras.
6. RV pre-delivery – Your new Jayco goes through our service department for checks, additional fittings and detailing before your pickup!
7. Vehicle Booking – If you have booked a vehicle fitting this will be done either prior to your delivery or on the day depending on the booking.
8. Handover Day – The exciting day! This will be a 1-2-hour walkthrough of your new RV ensuring you understand all the features of your new RV
