IS YOUR CAR READY TO TOW

To ensure a pain-free handover experience, it is important for your car to be ready for action! Depending on your purchase will depend on how your car should be set up to tow.

Most new Jayco’s come with a 12-pin plug as standard, however, how those 12 pin plugs are wired do depend on the model you have purchased.

Nearly all RV’s will require electric brakes to be fitted to your tow vehicle. Our sales team will check at the point of sale what requirements your tow vehicle will need to have to ensure safe operation of your RV.

If your tow vehicle does not have the correct equipment do not worry! Our in-house vehicle fitters will be able to fit what you need!

WHERE'S MY HANDOVER

Your handover will take place at our Service Supercentre! The Service Supercentre is your one-stop-shop for everything RV.

It is home to our parts and accessories shop ALLRV, Service Department and Vehicle Fitting Department. With all the specialists under one roof, it’s the best place to set up the way you want to RV!
